Calçotadas
Mas Boronat opens the doors to thousands of visitors every year, to have the opportunity to enjoy our famous Calçotada. This year, the season begins on January 14th and ends at the end of April.

The calçotada is special in every way. Savor our appetizers, followed by the Calçots in our underground cellars, in the old wine museum or in the central square in front of the house. Then, in the restaurant Els Quatre Hostals you can enjoy sausage with beans, artichokes, barbecued lamb with potatoes and olive oil and garlic sauce. And for dessert, oranges with honey and Catalan cream.
The history
The calçotada is a typical meal of the western region of Catalonia (originally from Valls, in the Alt Camp region). In recent decades, it has spread and can be tasted in almost any part of the region during the end of winter and early spring.
