The DISC model forms the basis of MapsTell’s approach, supplemented with a unique dimension: the World of Difference. This is a metaphorical map on which behaviors are represented as cities, mountains and rivers. This map invites participants to discover their own behavior, understand that of others and make connections. This model is perfect for personal growth, team dynamics and leadership development.
